Councilman Simplot Hosts Moonlight Movie in the Park

Councilman Tom Simplot will host a Moonlight Movie in the Park on Saturday, Sept. 22, at sundown (approximately 7 p.m.) at the Steele Indian School Park Amphitheater, Third Street and Indian School Road. The featured movie will be “Jurassic Park,” an adventure film about an amusement park that breeds dinosaurs.

“This film is a great thriller that takes you on a real dinosaur adventure,” said Simplot. “Moonlight Movies are a great way to spend a summer evening, so pack a basket, a blanket and the kids – and we’ll see you under the stars at Steele Indian School Park.”

Also, mark your calendar for the next Moonlight Movie featuring “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” and “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27. For additional information, call 602-262-7447 or visit phoenix.gov/district4.
