First Annual South Central Avenue Holiday Lights Project Kickoff

The South Central Avenue Holiday Lights Project is a community-driven display of holiday decorations and lights by businesses along south Central Avenue. The project will highlight the wonderful qualities south Phoenix has to offer and will spread holiday cheer. This project has been created to invite the entire community to south Phoenix for the holiday season.
